Why Empower Her is Necessary
Despite the progressive strides of Saudi Vision 2030, Saudi women still face significant barriers in the business world, including limited access to funding, networking opportunities, and societal support. The current gender gaps in entrepreneurship are not just a loss for women but for the entire Saudi economy. Empower Her seeks to bridge these gaps by providing the tools, knowledge, and support necessary for women to succeed.
Understanding SDGs and Saudi Vision 2030
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): The United Nations’ SDGs, particularly Goal 5, focus on achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls. This goal emphasizes the importance of eliminating barriers that hinder women’s full and effective participation in all areas of life, including business. Empower Her aligns with this global objective by ensuring that Saudi women have access to the resources and support needed to succeed as entrepreneurs.
Saudi Vision 2030:
This visionary plan aims to diversify the Saudi economy and increase women’s participation in the workforce from 22% to 30%. It recognizes the untapped potential of women and promotes their involvement in entrepreneurship as a key to economic growth. Through reforms and initiatives, the vision encourages women to pursue their business ambitions, supported by improved legal rights and access to capital.
Our Aim
The Empower Her program aims to identify and address the unique challenges faced by Saudi women in entrepreneurship. By offering personalized business consultancy and conducting comprehensive feasibility studies, we prepare women to launch and sustain successful businesses.

Welcome to our Founders Page, where we introduce you to the visionaries behind AAC consultancy KSA Meet Andre Abi Chedid and Layla Al Ahmed, the driving forces behind our organization.
Andre Abi Chedid
Over 25 years of experience leading client engagements related to business consulting, corporate strategic partnership, and business development. Strong analytical skill set with a record of effectively identifying high-quality strategic partners, cost-effective planning, and value-added strategic ventures to facilitate collaborations. Agile critical thinker, creative problem solver, and innovative strategist with strengths in managing cross-functional, cross-country projects, communicating complex business ideas, and influencing management teams. Solid history of success in determining overall business viability, investment risks & returns along with good understanding of clients banking needs, their creditworthiness, provide them end-to-end financial solutions and persuasive in negotiating terms. He holds a B.A. in Banking & Finance, a B.A. in Audit and an MBA.
Layla Al Ahmed
Layla Yeyha Al Ahmed is a skilled professional with a strong background in business administration and economics. She currently holds a position at SDB and freelances in investment consulting and wealth management. Additionally, she is a founding partner at AAC Consultancy in KSA. Layla earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and has undergone additional training with Saudia Airline and business analysis consulting through BCG. Her expertise encompasses financial analysis, Microsoft Office proficiency, trading, and she is certified in Microsoft Power BI. Beyond her professional endeavors, Layla has a passion for art, literature, and creative pursuits.
Moreover, Layla has successfully completed the Capital Market Exams and obtained the International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management. She holds certifications in CME-1, CME-3, CME-4, ICWIM, and PMP, underscoring her extensive knowledge and expertise in finance and investment.
